Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the CELAEQ Ambassador Program! We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our community. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
Applicants should have a genuine interest in horses, the equestrian community, and the CELAEQ brand.
Applicants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. CELAEQ selects ambassadors based on overall brand fit, content, engagement, equestrian involvement, community participation, and other factors determined by CELAEQ.
2. Ambassador Participation
If selected, ambassadors will receive specific program benefits and participation expectations based on their ambassador level.
Ambassadors are expected to represent CELAEQ authentically and professionally, appropriately tag CELAEQ when featuring our products, and follow any participation guidelines provided with their ambassador offer.
Ambassador levels may be reviewed periodically and may change based on participation, performance, content, engagement, and overall brand representation.
3. Ambassador Benefits
Program benefits may include personal discounts, follower discount codes, commissions, early product access, product gifting, social media features, special campaigns, and collaboration opportunities.
Benefits vary by ambassador level and may change as the program evolves.
Product gifting is not guaranteed unless specifically included in an individual offer or collaboration.
Product gifting and complimentary shipping may be limited based on geographic location. International gifting and shipping opportunities are determined individually by CELAEQ.
4. Discount Codes & Commissions
Ambassador discount codes are intended for their designated purpose and may not be combined, transferred, misused, or distributed through unauthorized coupon or discount websites.
Commission eligibility, rates, payment requirements, and other applicable details will be provided to ambassadors upon acceptance into the program.
CELAEQ reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with returned, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders.
5. Content & Sharing
We love seeing CELAEQ in your equestrian life!
By tagging CELAEQ or directly submitting content to CELAEQ for reposting, ambassadors grant CELAEQ permission to repost that content on CELAEQ-owned social media channels with appropriate credit.
Use of ambassador-created content for paid advertising, product listings, packaging, or other commercial marketing outside of ordinary organic social sharing may require separate permission or agreement.
6. Disclosure & Authenticity
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with CELAEQ when promoting or recommending CELAEQ products, including when receiving commissions, discounts, gifted products, or other benefits.
Ambassadors are responsible for following applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines.
All reviews, recommendations, and opinions should reflect the ambassador’s genuine experience and honest opinion.
7. Brand Representation
CELAEQ ambassadors are expected to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional presence while representing the brand.
Ambassadors should avoid making false or misleading claims about CELAEQ products or representing themselves as employees or authorized representatives of CELAEQ.
CELAEQ may address potential conflicts involving direct competitors individually when appropriate.
8. Ending Participation
Ambassadors may leave the program at any time.
CELAEQ may suspend or end an ambassador’s participation for failure to follow program expectations, misuse of ambassador benefits or discount codes, conduct inconsistent with the CELAEQ brand, inactivity, or other circumstances CELAEQ determines are inconsistent with continued participation.
Upon leaving the program, ambassador-specific discounts, codes, commissions, and other program benefits may be discontinued.
9. Program Changes
CELAEQ may update the Ambassador Program, benefits, ambassador levels, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions as the program evolves.
Material changes affecting active ambassadors will be communicated when appropriate.
By submitting an application and, if selected, accepting participation in the CELAEQ Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
